At NOVA BodyWorks LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality professional massage therapy services. Because massage therapy is a time-based, service-oriented appointment reserved exclusively for each client, the following refund policy applies.
Service Refunds
All massage therapy services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Due to the nature of hands-on therapeutic services, results may vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
If you experience discomfort during your session, we encourage you to communicate immediately so adjustments can be made in real time.
Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Missed appointments (no-shows)
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
- Same-day cancellations
These appointments are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Prepaid Services, Packages & Gift Certificates
All prepaid services, service packages, and gift certificates are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable unless otherwise stated
- Not redeemable for cash
If a prepaid session is missed without proper cancellation notice, that session may be forfeited.
Retail Products (If Applicable)

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

- Immediate refusal of future services
- Collection efforts for unpaid balances
- Recovery of administrative and processing fees
Booking confirmations, signed intake forms, and timestamped booking records serve as evidence of agreement to these terms.
Exceptions
Refund exceptions, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of NOVA BodyWorks LLC and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
