NOVA BodyWorks provides professional massage therapy services for relaxation, recovery, and wellness purposes. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients with medical conditions should consult a licensed physician before receiving massage therapy.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily receiving massage services and assume responsibility for your health and well-being.
2. Client Health Disclosure
Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications prior to their session. Failure to provide accurate information may result in modification or refusal of service to ensure safety.
NOVA BodyWorks reserves the right to decline or terminate a session if it is determined that massage therapy is not appropriate for a client’s condition.
3. Professional Boundaries
NOVA BodyWorks maintains a strictly professional environment at all times. Massage therapy sessions are therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services without refund.
4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through approved booking methods.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients.
5. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid. We accept approved payment methods listed at booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Liability Waiver
By receiving massage therapy at NOVA BodyWorks, you agree to release and hold harmless NOVA BodyWorks, its owner, and therapists from any liability related to injury or discomfort resulting from massage services, except in cases of proven negligence.
