This policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business.
Reservation Agreement
When you book an appointment with NOVA BodyWorks LLC, you are reserving dedicated time exclusively for your session. By confirming your booking, you enter into a service agreement and authorize NOVA BodyWorks LLC to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation Requirements
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide proper notice authorizes NOVA BodyWorks LLC to charge up to 100% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file.
No-Show Authorization
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice authorize NOVA BodyWorks LLC to charge the full service amount.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By booking an appointment, you agree:
- That cancellation and no-show fees are valid and enforceable.
- That you will not initiate a chargeback for services reserved in accordance with this policy.
- That confirmation emails, text confirmations, signed intake forms, and booking records serve as proof of agreement to these terms.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in:
- Permanent refusal of future services
- Collection efforts for unpaid balances
- Recovery of administrative fees associated with dispute processing

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Payment Policy.
