NOVA BodyWorks LLC provides professional massage therapy services for relaxation, recovery, pain relief, and wellness support. Our services are therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Clients should consult a licensed physician before receiving massage therapy if they have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

2. Client Health Disclosure & Consent

By booking and receiving services, you confirm that:

You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications.
You understand massage therapy involves physical touch and manual manipulation of muscles and soft tissues.
You voluntarily consent to receive massage therapy services.

NOVA BodyWorks LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or refuse service if massage therapy is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a client’s condition.

3. No Medical Claims

Massage therapy services provided by NOVA BodyWorks LLC are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical advice is provided during sessions.

Clients understand that massage therapists are not medical doctors and do not perform medical procedures.

4. Professional Conduct & Boundaries

All services provided are strictly professional and therapeutic.

Inappropriate behavior, suggestive comments, sexual advances, or misconduct of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. NOVA BodyWorks LLC reserves the right to refuse future services to any client who violates professional boundaries.

5. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through approved booking methods.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.

We accept approved payment methods as indicated during booking. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Gift Certificates & Packages (If Applicable)

Gift certificates and service packages:

Are non-refundable.
May not be redeemed for cash.
May have expiration dates as stated at time of purchase.

Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaced.

8. Liability Waiver & Release

By receiving services from NOVA BodyWorks LLC, you agree to release and hold harmless NOVA BodyWorks LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability for injury, discomfort, or adverse effects resulting from massage therapy services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Clients assume full responsibility for their health and well-being during and after sessions.
